Internships at IAE
IAE Montpellier’s Career Center helps students find a work-study contract
By providing them with relevant work-study opportunities based on their course of study: The offers received by the Career Center are filtered and sent directly to students by email based on their course. Students can request to be removed from the mailing list once they have secured a contract.
By providing access to databases on work-study contracts completed by IAE students in previous years: To receive these files, you can send your request directly by email to the Career Center.
By assisting them in writing their CVs and cover letters: For a review of your CV and cover letter, you can make an appointment by email.

Access the Highred platformAs part of our collaboration with EFMD Global Network, all IAE students have access to the HIGHERED portal, which lists numerous internship and employment opportunities abroad.
Self-evaluation test :
As part of your internship or job search, you will be involved in various stages of the recruitment process. That’s why it’s important for you to understand and master how companies perceive you. The Highered platform has taken this into account and offers you a self-assessment test accessible on the portal. The aim of this tool is to provide you with a report revealing your strengths and weaknesses. It is intended for personal use only and will not be shared with companies or government bodies.

Internship agreement procedure
⚠️ All internships must be accompanied by a signed agreement. Without it, no internship can begin or be validated.

- Complete all the tabs of the form
- Click on “Save and request validation”
- ⚠️ Printing is blocked until the agreement is validated.
- An email is automatically sent to your academic advisor for validation.
- Then, the Career Space validation will be carried out.
- Once validated, you will receive the agreement by email for signature.
